You can return any item, excluding Last Call and Final Sale items, purchased from our site or our retail stores within 365 days of purchase. See below for the process if you purchase online or in-store!
Returning Items Purchased In-Store
If you purchased at our retail location, you can simply bring your used or unused item(s) back to the store for a return or exchange.
Returning Items Purchased Online
If you ordered online and would like to return or exchange in-store, we ask that you first process your return through the website before coming into the store. Once complete, you should place your item(s) back into the original packaging, or any appropriate box or envelope, and bring it into the store. We will process your return in person and take the items for you.
